So it started as any other Saturday but today was different, my mom gave me money to go buy new shoes, which was kinda odd considering I got some 3 days ago. Today's prompt was fun. I was able to let my imagination run wild. I thought about what it would be like to have "Super Shoes" and to try them out for the first time. I went back to the cartoons I saw as a kid years ago and added that into my story. I also thought about movies that I remembered from my childhood where drinking a secret potion gives you super human powers. I ended it with an alien slant and the idea that it wasn't the shoes after all, but a power that the character had all along. As I said it was fun. What do you think?
